Let's talk flooring!

I am a consumer & I need help or advice from the flooring industry. I purchased Westhollow Faro Natural from ifloor. It's beautiful, but our original order was short by 3 boxes. (They were freight-damaged.) Anyway, now ifloor is out of business, and my whole project is in limbo over 3 boxes. Does anyone have any ideas for me? Thank you!

Well Cindy, we had another consumer come here with the same problem awhile back. Luckily he lived near ifloor's warehouse in Seattle. I told him to go knock on the door. He did and got his stuff. I take it you called ifloor? Last time I called, you get a message and are prompted to leave one if there is any problems similar to yours.

I see you weren't actually shorted but freight damaged. The freight company is liable for that damage but you need to check it on arrival or pick-up. Did you order extra? Typically one should order 10% extra and I know most of the time if frugal in installing it I can get by with less than 5%.
Perhaps leave out a closet or....many of these cork products are made for companies like ifloor but have been named differently. And many will others manufactures product will click together if the milling is close. Also alot of manufactures copy each others styles so you should be able to find one close.
