Let's talk flooring!
do I need exspansion molding
Hi, guys wonder if someone can help me out. This is 1/2" engineered by 5" wide fooring. I'll be stapling this into 3/4" plywood. My question is and I've attached a photo. can I butt ends of planks to perpendicular flooring of the same type. This is a wallway going into a living room. The end butt boards will be running a total 22ft. The board they butt up to in the photo is the 4 foot wide wallway. Do I need exspansion molding?
