just un-roll it in front of the consumer and tell the customer that they didnt know what caused the issue, take the rest of the day off, cause they had enough money to hit the bar that morning and let the retailer worry about it.

Tell the customer that it's a mystical religious image of the Virgin Mary. They then could have their 15mins of fame while the world rushes to their doorstep for a glimpse of the image. If they played their cards properly they could enshrine the carpeted image and make a million off the pilgrims who flock there..........It's all about marketing ;) LOL

The claim was, they left the carpet rolled up and then folded it in half, for weeks.

yeah well good luck finding that in Dalton!!!! now a days its mostly tequila sold there, or so I have been told anyway.
