POSSIBLE!ON CONCRETE OR CRAWL SPACE ?HARD TO TELL BUY LOOKING AT PICS.IMPACT HARD ENOUGH TO CREATE THAT SIZE HOLE SHOULD HAVE PRODUCED A HAIRLINE SOMEWHERE BEING THAT CLOSE TO THE GROUT
