Let's talk flooring!
Need Outdoor Crapet Suggestions - Product Manufacturer/Brand
For a small area of 8 foot by 15 foot. It's a side porch that only gets about 4-5 hours direct sun. The rest of the time it's shade and I do get quite a bit of mildew buildup that requires pressure washing every spring. I plan to install some thin plywood over top then glue the carpet down...or other ideas.
Why put carpet over this area? I enclosed the bottom side to be used as a garden tool storage area thinking I could stop the rain from getting through...didn't work. Any suggestions certainly appreciated!!

Yes the rubberized backing turf that comes in lots of different colors would work with exterior adhesive. But you better seal that plywood up around the perimeter.

I was going to run some sort of half round nosing on the perimeter (hangs over) and run the carpet over it and tuck behind, but you're suggestions make me think why not extra insurance.

I'd make the drip line come down on top of the crapet. Definetly must be graded/slopped to run off the deck. Can you undercut the exterior panels or wood, seal it, then lay plywood and crapet?

take a look at drip edge molding for roofing. works for that might work for this
also take a look at carpet that is manufactured for boats and use the marine adhesives for installation.
