Damn, I would've sworn that the Virgin Mary was the answer!!!!!
anywho, I wouldn't expect that Vinyl should be installed directly over OSB anyhow, so IMO the TS of OSB is a secondary symptom...

been on the road getting cussed out a lot,
I am not a fan of vinyl over OSB, but, then, I am not a fan of OSB under anything at all.

Unless ofcourse I was sleeping on the streets and the choice was a Puddle or that sheet of OSB.......;)
