Let's talk flooring!

So bored and work was so slow I had to do something. So I dug around and found enough satillio to do this table top.

This was just a painted piece of plywood. I had a bunch of old satillio tiles laying around here for several years...actually more like 25 years from when the house was built. Had some 8 1/2 inch ones and some 7 1/2 inch ones but not enough of the big ones to do the whole top so I had to be a little creative with the back row.

You can't find these sized satillio tiles anymore either.

A little backer board and some trim on the edge

Sealed cut and laying it out. Plus it's raining here and snowing on the mountain...cold cold cold outside.

Those little round ceramic tiles I had from a trip to Mehico laying around so I cut them in.

Nuther angle

Had to let the thinset dry for a week before grouting it in cus it's sooo cold and rainy here.

Nuther view. Decided to use up the rest of the tilesfor a little back splash trim.

Cute little round tiles. I inserted

It's still not dry, started two weeks ago. Waiting for grout to dry before final seal coats.
