I was hoping it was more of a vBullitin kind of forum, those are the best hands down. As I said in the chat, as long as Papa Price is ok and everything this will be the best thing to happen to wood flooring forums. FM sucked. It was the -contributors- that made it what it was, not the damn url. I just don't get why it was such a primitive forum, no frills whatsoever. And why? What year is it again?

As far as pics, I'm even ok with that, as  long as we can insert images and embed youtube videos.

Eve, yer right, vbulliten is the easiest and to tell ya the truth does not cost that much to run. I'm not absolutely sure but there's not really any forums out there that are strictly hardwood cept for Ken Fishers hardwoodflooringtalk.com.

 

This one is pretty cheap to run as well, lots of people have figured out  how to navigate around it. Heck, even groover can. :)

 

It's a shame all that information was lost. Happens all the time to old forums, an eternity of great info, gone in a split second.

Well I'm not trying  anymore... Seems like it would be more of the same, trying to preserve some kind of nonexistent "clean" image that no one ever sees anyway, lol. I'll look into a vBullitin, but it sure would suck to get something all set up and then get a bunch of customs poo poo'ing it just because it's not "floormasters", like that means anything. So whatever, here's fine.

DUBBYA DEEE is here. :)  Plus some of the winners of Floor of The Year! Oh and Everett and T, thats almost makes it official. :)  .

 

I see WD found the flickr download center. Thats pretty awesome eh WD? That thing downloaded like 150 pics in a couple seconds when I did it.

 

Don't forget you can do youtube here. We used to have our own download capability for video but Steve figured, why when everyones going to put them on youtube anyway. Just imbed them here.
