This is what emulsion ended up looking like on white oak - resanded and used bona instead which created the proper look

Before I delete these figure you guys would find them interesting. The finish was rolled. Under the piano which they refused to move and would never be moved used pad (as had to crouch to apply).
This was one of our first and only experiences using this finish, Basic coatings emulsion.
