About the thumb, I was up and on the road at 4am to get to a job in Erie Pa. We were installing a stage floor that I wanted to T&G the boards going into the nosing. Well I tried to finish this at around 5:30pm that evening alittle tired and not completely focused on the task at hand. I grab the board with my left and with trim router in the other started grooving, the trim router jumped and went right across my left thumb taking the center of the nail with it along with shredding the side of the thumb. Everyone there was freaking out except me who bleeding, in pain, but amused to watch grown men act like they were to an injury not done to themselves LOL. I had a great Emergency room Doctor, she had a good sense of humour and very skilled at patching ole Dale's thumb back together. Learned two lessons that day, quit when fatiqued and buy a router table, they don't jump on you =D
