sorry didn't check the "follow box". doug your driver is bad. stephen you gotta be kidding unless i charge you full list price and time fer everthang. i rarely charge over a buck than actual shipping charges unless i gotta build a crate.

hope you got it checked out. you can log on to www.southernwoodflooring.com , go to account info, log in as "guest" and use password 123456. the diagrams for that tool are posted and we stock every part in it. search for the part # you need, driver is BC1586 but replace BC347 while you're there. call me at 800-992-2269 if you need more help. jim

uh-oh.. this site going weird now? won't let me edit that and i didn't really post it.
take off the shoe...(BC1300), don't have to take out the bumper, grab the driver and pull it up so you can look at it. one side has a ridge, it goes on top. bottom side, is it rounded? skips staples if it is. if not too bad a quick pass on a bench grinder can clean it up(square it), but you can only dress it once or twice with any luck, won't set staples if it's too short.

if your springs have kinks and they're pushing the staples crooked yes. more likely the driver is worn, you have to take of the shoe(

Hi Choppy,
My Bostich MIII staplers acting up. Staples only about 1 out of 15-20 firings. Blade bypasses staple and goes into the tongue. Would you think it was a spring issue from the magazine of the blades worn out? Thanks!
