Red oak tear-out and replace pt2- Buttoning up the sub floor
Urine had soaked through the wood flooring in many areas to the sub floor.

Yes that was kilz spraypaint, we did everything we could think of to reduce the odor for her.
The nailer is set up for bump fire, normally I snap lines and fly through it but this time I was lazy and just nailed next to the existing nails which did slow it down a bit, plus I hold the nailer with kind of a limp wrist(Yup, limp wristed, laugh it up guys LOL) so that I can tell if I hit the joist, if it recoils I hit it, if not, I didn't, which also slows it down a bit...
