Jerome.. Yes.. we tested it before sanding. You can always be critical of me.. that's how we learn ;).. I can take it!!

Fast, not being critical when I ask this...... but do you know what you're sanding off? Did you check whatever it is for asbestos? You did not say , that's why I'm asking :)
