Looks like they needed a screen and recoat... nice move... lol. I love when you try to talk over the edger that it running 4 feet away! I felt like a homo with the music in the background... Nice work.

One layer, the Hardwood. They left the floor out under the stove, so when we removed the bottom storage tray to rasie the stove off the floor you could see the exposed subfloor.

As for the base board, what do you want in a supposed higher end condo unit? LOL

If it were 47 degrees where you are you'd be in thermals =P

I remember when I first moved to AZ, it was 72degrees in Dec, I was wearin shorts and no shirt, the locals had long sleeves and sweaters on..........

The Musac wasn't planned, new editing software....... so sue me ;)

Nice job dale i use a rubber float intead od a dry wall knive but to each his own....
